Grilled turkey with spices.

-Turkey (steak), 2 pcs.
-Spice 2 tbsp. l.
-Salt to taste
-Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

A mixture of spices crush with a rolling pin on a cutting board, cover with foil beforehand.
Steaks wash and dry with a paper towel, brush with olive oil on both sides, sprinkle with sea salt and roll in spices.
Fry on a strongly heated frying pan at 1-1.5 minutes on each side, so that the meat remains pink inside. Serve immediately with a green salad.
