Grilled Sturgeon.

-2 tbsp parsley, minced
-2 tbsp chives, minced
-2 tbsp chervil, chop
-2 tbsp tarragon
-1 tbsp lemon peel, grate
-olive oil
-bread crumbs (panko I)
-2 steak sturgeon (or halibut)
-freshly ground black pepper

Wash and dry the fish. Coat with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish mix greens, bread crumbs, lemon zest. Roll the steaks and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Put the pan with the fish in the oven at 200 C and cook until ready.
