Grilled salmon with avocado and red caviar.
Ingredients:
Fillet of salmon, 200 g
Avocado-1 \ 2 pcs.
Lime juice, 1 tablespoon
Red caviar 1 tbsp
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Salt
Black pepper mill
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Avocado clear. Mash the pulp with a fork.
2. Add the lime juice, black pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Mix.
3. Salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
4. In a frying pan heat up a small amount of oil, fry the fish fillets on one side.
5. Heat the plate. Put fillet of salmon, avocado mousse.
