Grilled salmon marinated in grapefruit


Preparation time: 10 minutes
marinating time: 2 hours


Salt – 1/2 tsp..
Sugar – 1/4 tsp..
Juice of 1 grapefruit
Zest of 1 grapefruit
Pepper – 1/2 tsp..
Grains juniper – 1/2 tsp..
Pink pepper – 1/4 tsp..
White pepper – 1/4 tsp..
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp..
Ginger root 1 cm;
Salmon – 200 g
Vegetable oil for frying


1. All kinds of pepper, juniper, sugar and salt, place in a mortar (or in a coffee grinder) and grind.
2. In a small bowl, combine marinade of ginger, grapefruit juice and zest, spices and salt frayed. Thoroughly mix all and put it in the resulting marinade salmon, good break in it.
3. Place the fish in the refrigerator. After 1 hour, turn the fish skin side up and marinate for another hour (total 2 hours).
4. In a frying pan with non-stick bottom heat the vegetable oil. When the oil begins to crackle, put the fish skin side down, carefully holding a spatula to a pan until the skin does not “grab” (about 1 minute). When formed on the skin of fish crisp, turn the pieces to the other side and cook until tender.
5. Remove the fish from the heat, to pass on to serving plates and serve with some easy side dish.
