Grilled salmon in Thai

-1 kg of salmon
-1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
-125 ml coconut cream
-2 teaspoons brown sugar
-2 tablespoons fish sauce
-2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
-2 stalks lemongrass
-4 tablespoons olive oil
-3 tablespoons shallots
-1 lime
-½ cup coarsely chopped coriander
-chili to taste

Finely chopped lemon grass mix with lime zest, add curry powder, sugar, chilies and grind as finely as possible, add the onions.
Pour coconut cream, fish sauce, oil, lime juice, mix well.
