Grilled Chicken Tenders Salad


*makes enough for two salads
4 chicken tenders
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Salad fixings

Generously sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
Add onions and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic for fifteen seconds.
Add chicken to the pan and cook until both sides are nice and golden brown, and chicken is cooked through.
Create your salad layers, topping with the sliced grilled chicken.
