Grengamskoe ginger biscuits.

100g softened butter
250g sugar
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 egg

In a bowl, rub the butter with the sugar (I’m a little melted butter, because it was tough).
Whisking, enter the egg.
The mass sift the flour (the best part, because it took me less), baking powder and ginger.
Silicon spatula mix until smooth, then handed mash mass to obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.
Form the balls the size of a walnut and place on a baking sheet at a distance from each other, as during baking the cookies will spread.
Preheat the oven to 150-170 grams of biscuits and bake until golden brown.
