Greek Yogurt Beef Burger.

A quick and easy recipe for delicious and juicy burgers, I recommend.
For the cutlets:
(on the number I got 2 small cutlets)

200-300 grams of ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, rub on a grater
1 \ 2 teaspoon paprika
1 \ 2 mustard powder
A pinch of chili powder
A handful of fresh herbs, finely chopped
2 large tablespoons Greek yogurt with slide
1 \ 2 teaspoon salt
1 \ 2 teaspoon pepper


All we mix well and form patties. Remember that in the process of cooking burgers shrink and thicken, so make them as much as possible and flatter.

Cook in a frying pan or in the oven on high heat. My oven has a grill function, so I cooked using this function for 15 minutes at 200 degrees on the top shelf.

Once the burgers ready – to collect a burger.

We need:

Buns for burgers
Lettuce leaves
Tomatoes (try to choose large)
Cheese (I used the most common)
Ketchup can add some sauce.

Optionally, you can add fresh or pickled cucumbers, bacon, pineapple, egg, avocado, mushrooms, pickled, fresh or fried onions …. You can fantasize endlessly!

Buns before the assembly can be a little warm up on a dry frying pan (important not to burn), or in the oven, so they get nice crispy outside.
