Great presentation of sliced ​​potatoes with garlic, thyme and bacon. This dish will be the star of your holiday feasts!
This is one of those dishes that looks unusual, but actually it is quite simple to make and is not even necessary to clean the potatoes!

You will need:
• 2 kg red potatoes
• 5-6 strips of bacon — cut into pieces
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 10 cloves of garlic in the frog to stretch
• 1-2 tablespoons (optional) olive oil
• 3 sprigs thyme
• Salt and black pepper

How to cook:
1. Preheat oven to 170 °
2. Mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and garlic paste in a large bowl.
3. Thoroughly wash the potatoes. Thinly slice the potatoes, the best result will give a special grater. (About 1 millimeter) Now spread all the potatoes in the olive oil mixture until evenly coated. Arrange potato slices (accordion) 25 cm baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
4. Take out of the oven. Coated with two tablespoons of olive oil over the tops of the potato slices.
5. The bacon and thyme placed between slices of potato. Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Return to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are fully prepared. Potatoes should be soft in the middle and crispy on the outside edges.
