Gratin potatoes and pumpkin.

1 whole medium sized pumpkin;
700 g of potatoes;
3 medium tomatoes;
100-150 g of solid cheese;
250 g of cream (can be fat sour cream);
3 cloves of garlic;
basil – to taste;
1 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
salt, black pepper – to taste.
Cooking process:

Boil in salted water the peeled potatoes until soft. Then clean the pumpkin, cut into cubes and boil in vegetable broth that remained of the potatoes. The cooled potatoes cut into medium-size slices and place in a greased baking dish.

Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and place on top of the potatoes, alternating with basil leaves. On top lay the slices of pumpkin and pour the cream. Season the dish with grated on a fine grater garlic, salt and black pepper.

Finally, sprinkle with grated gratin on a coarse grater cheese and send it in the oven. Bake 15 minutes at 180 ° gr. Then increase the temperature up to 200 oC and continue to bake for another 5-7 minutes. until a golden brown.
