Grape leaves stuffed


* Grape leaves (pickled) – 20 pcs
* Long grain rice – 150 g
* Green onions (the pen) – 2 pen
* Olive oil – 2 tbsp
* Minced beef – 200 g
* Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
* Pepper-paprika – 1 pinch
* Mint – 0.5 bundles
* Melissa – 0,5 bundles
* Pepper

Boil grape leaves for 10 minutes in boiling water until cooked. Put on a towel.

Boil the rice in salted water for 20 minutes on low heat. Wash the green onions, chop and cook in vegetable oil. Add the beef and cook all together for 10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Herbs chop and mix with rice and meat. Put on a vine leaf, wrap the edges.

Leaves stuffed with tightly put in a pot one by one and press down the inverted plate. Pour the hot water so that it barely covered the leaves, and cook for 40 minutes under the lid.
