a loaf of bread with a thick crust
1-1.5 cups of milk
450 g beef (minced)
450g pork mince
120 g of grated hard cheese
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Soak bread in milk until completely soft state. Drain off all the excess milk.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with a fork or hands.
BLIND small balls. Put the meatballs in the pan, the laid paper baking. Bake for 20-25 minutes. If you add the sauce, then bake for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a saucepan with the sauce and continue to cook there.
