Golden Sponge Cake.

You will need:

How to cook:

2. Melt the butter. Immediately add the flour, stir quickly, add milk and mix well.
Add egg yolks one at a time, mix well after each addition.
3. Mix together the sugar and starch. Beat the egg whites until foamy, gradually add the sugar and cornstarch mixture (in three stages), and continue beating until stiff peak.
4. Manual whisk stir in 1/3 of the protein mass in the dough.
Next, whisk and postpone the rest of the protein mass in 2 hours add to the batter, mixing gently silicone spatula, folding method.
5. Pour the batter into the pan (no grease the shape) and bake in preheated oven at 140 ° C (no convection) for about 25 minutes, then increase the temperature to 170 ° C (no convection) and bake for another 25 minutes.
