ginger ice cream

Ingredients
Milk 200 g
5 pieces of egg yolk
Ginger 10 g
Sugar 60 g

Instructions
1. Finely chopped ginger 20 minutes to boil the milk.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
3. The resulting mixture pour in milk and put on 10 minutes on a slow fire.
4. Strain, pour into cups and freeze.
