Ginger cookies with pumpkin.

You will need:
200 g of mashed pumpkin 2 cups flour, 1 cup Brown sugar, 0.5 cups of vegetable oil is odorless and not too finely chopped walnuts, 1 tsp nutmeg and ground cinnamon, 0.5 tsp ground ginger / grated, a pinch of salt.

How to cook pumpkin and ginger biscuits:
Preheat oven to 175gradusov. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with spices and salt. Pumpkin puree mixed with a mixer, whipping at the slowest speed, butter and sugar, for 2 minutes. Redeem soda vinegar / lemon juice and mix with pumpkin mass. Pour pumpkin mixture into the flour, stir, add the nuts, stir again. Cover the pan with parchment, brush it with oil. Spoon scoop the dough and oiled hands molded cookies, folding it in the distance. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, garnish to taste.
