Ginger Biscuits.

200 g flour
2 tbsp. l. semolina
100 g butter
100 g of chocolate
4 tbsp. l. brown sugar
5 Art. l. honey
2 h. L. ginger powder
for 1 hour. L. cinnamon and baking powder

1.The flour into a bowl, add the semolina, ginger powder, cinnamon and baking powder. Chop the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl add, add the sugar and honey. Melt, stirring occasionally. Mix the flour with spices and knead – should get sticky and dough.

2. Place the dough, covered with foil, in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Then roll out the layer thickness of 5 mm, cut out the figures.

3.Figures on baking sheets, parchment laid by at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Bake in center of preheated 180 ° C oven for about 10 minutes. Cool and decorate with icing.
