Ingredients:
-75 ml gin.
-15 ml lemon juice.
-ginger syrup 30 ml.
-sugar Ginger Syrup 3/4 cup
-water Ginger Syrup 1/2 cup
-grated imbirt Ginger Syrup 3 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Syrup.
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar with water
Then add the ginger and reduce the heat so that it cooks. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Give syrup Cook about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely before using.
Cocktail.
Gene juice syrup and mix in a shaker half-filled with ice. Pour into a glass and serve.
