Ingredients:

Dough:

Flour — 300 grams

Egg — 1 pc

Olive oil — 4 tablespoons

Vinegar — 0.5 teaspoon

Warm water — 100 grams

Filling:

Apples (sour) — 1 kg

Butter — 100 grams

Sugar — 250 grams

Walnuts — 100 grams

Breadcrumbs — 100 grams

Fresh lemon juice — 50 grams

Cinnamon — to taste

Cooking method:
