German Chocolate Cake




For the cake:

1.5 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
-1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 Cup sugar
-1 Cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons vanilla
-1 Cup of boiling water

For the cream:

-400 Grams of sweetened condensed milk
-6 Egg yolks, lightly beaten
-110 Grams of butter
-2 Teaspoons vanilla
-2/3 Cup of coconut
-2 Cups of chopped almonds


1.Nagreyte oven to 175 degrees. 2 forms (23 cm) Cover the baking paper and brush with butter.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In the bowl of a mixer to beat the butter and sugar at high speed, then add the eggs and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and pour hot water. Gradually enter the flour mixture.

3.Peremeshayte the dough until smooth and divide it between the two forms.
