German buns



450 grams of flour
milk 130 g
130 milliliters of water
Pressed yeast 15 grams
1 teaspoon salt
70 grams of vegetable oil
sesame seeds to taste

Hot water is connected to the cold milk. Add salt and yeast. Stir. Add the sifted flour and oil. Knead the dough. Cover and remove to a warm place for an hour.

When the dough has increased by 2-3 times, obmyat it and divided into 12 koloboks. Form a bun. I was rolling dough flagellum and tying in a knot, hiding the ends inward.

In a saucepan, boil 3 liters of water. In boiling water to pour 3 tablespoons soda. Pour baking soda to gently, the water will be much foam. Then, each bun should be dipped in boiling water for 5 seconds and put on the silicone mat (or a well-oiled paper).

Immediately sprinkle with sesame buns and send it in the oven for 20 minutes at t * 180.

Buns are obtained very tasty! With crisp and soft crumb. I recommend to try!
