Beef separate from the veins and cut. In a saucepan pour the olive oil and throw the meat and fry over low heat, covered. (Not salt).

After the beef becomes golden brown, add water to cover the meat and leave languish on low heat. I have it takes about 30 minutes As soon as the water has evaporated, add the onion, fry a little. Then throw carrots and paprika, tomatoes, a little later, then add potatoes, spices and cream (if dense, you can break them with water). Simmer, covered for 40-60 minutes.

The meat turns out very soft and literally melts in your mouth.
