Gazpacho with roasted peppers.


-1 kg of ripe tomatoes
-1 red pepper
-1 medium sized cucumber
-1 clove garlic
-1 small red onion
-Slice loaf or baguette (10-12 cm)
-50 ml of olive oil + supply
-1/2 h. L. ground cumin
-Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:  

1.Duhovku heated to 200-220 C. Bake peppers whole, until the skin will not swell slightly char.
2.Udalyaem stem and seeds, clean from the skin (it should be easily removed). Cut into strips or pieces.
3. On each tomato make an incision crossed.
4.Pomeschaem tomatoes in a bowl or pot and pour the boiling water for a few minutes. Drain the water.
5.Snimaem skin from all tomatoes.
6.Razrezaem into quarters and remove the seeds.
7.Luk and garlic to clean and cut into pieces.

10.Pomeschaem all the vegetables in a bowl of a food processor. Add a well wrung flesh loaf, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Beat at high speed.
11.Probuem and adjust the amount of spices to taste. Sprinkled with olive oil and served chilled with fresh herbs, croutons or toast.
