Come up with a quick and tasty, and what’s more vibrant and healthy side dish — a difficult task. But in the autumn season, when any counter you can see the pumpkin, it just solved.
We offer to cook pumpkin simple side dish that is perfect for fish and meat dishes. However, it can serve as an independent and hot snacks.

100 g pumpkin
2 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp sunflower oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
rosemary to taste


Prepare the ingredients.

Pumpkin cut into thin slices or grate on a special grater.

Oil combine with honey, mix well. Brush apply the resulting mixture to the pumpkin on both sides.

Put the pumpkin in a pan and fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side (if the pumpkin is cut with a knife, it’s best to fry it in a pan-grill). Long fry do not need: heat treatment must be fast, then pumpkin will keep crisp texture and be doubly delicious. The same principle can be cooked carrots.

Beautifully put fried pumpkin on a plate, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
