Garlic soup Turin (French cuisine).


1 clove garlic
1 egg

1 liter of water

1 tbsp ghee

1 tbsp flour

1 tsp vinegar

Cooking method:

1. Garlic peel and fry in oil.

2. Grind the garlic into mush. Add to it the flour.

3. Add garlic and flour to the water and mix.

4. Bring all to a boil.

5. yolk mixed with vinegar and pour the mixture into the boiling water, stirring occasionally.

6. Lightly whip the protein and add to the soup. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Serve soup with croutons.
