Garlic rolls


— Milk — 250 ml
— Flour — 400 g
— Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. spoons
— Salt — 0.5 tsp.
— Sugar — 1 tbsp. spoon
— Dry yeast — 1 tsp.

For lubricating:
— Yolk — 1 pc.
— Butter — 50 g
— Garlic — 7 cloves
— Green grinded — 2 tbsp. spoon.


Knead all ingredients for the dough. The resulting dough is covered with a towel and leave in a warm place, it should be increased by 2 times. Divide the dough into 16 finished pieces, about 50 g Cover with towel and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the dough has risen slightly.

Add the softened butter, garlic and fresh herbs in the bowl of a blender and grind everything. You can chop the garlic grated and mix all ingredients by hand.

In the center of each muffin make an incision a sharp blade of a knife or scissors, culinary, fill cavity filling, about half a teaspoon. This can be done also by using a pastry bag. Buns lubricate the beaten egg yolk.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Buns can be submitted to the broth, borsch or tea.
