Garlic potatoes.

Ingredients
• Potatoes – 5 pcs.
• Butter – 100 g
• Parmesan cheese (grated) – 5 tablespoons
• Sour cream – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 3 cloves.
• Parsley – beam.
• Salt and ground pepper – to taste.

Cooking method
1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain.
2. Make garlic oil: Mix soft butter, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley. All mix, salt and pepper.
3. Potatoes cut lengthwise, lay on a greased form.
4. The spread on each kartoshinu garlic oil and put in a preheated 250 degree oven t. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
