Garlic naan

Naan — wheat tortilla, serves Indian cuisine. In addition, the dish is widespread in Afghanistan, Iran, Nepal, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the surrounding regions. In Turkic languages ​​bread called nan.

-600 ml of warm water
-2 teaspoons yeast
-700 g flour
-1 tablespoon salt
-10 cloves garlic, minced
-bunch green onions, chopped
-olive oil for greasing
-50 g corn flour

Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add 3 cups of flour and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add salt, and then the remaining flour. Mix.
Sprinkle with flour a clean work surface and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
The finished dough put in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours or until doubling in volume.
Preheat oven to 250 ° C.
The dough out onto a work surface, obmyat hands and cut into 4 pieces.

Fluff small olive and rub with garlic.
Sprinkle with green onions and arrange on prepared baking.
Bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Serve warm.
