Cow milk 250ml
Yeast raw 50g
Sugar 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 500g
Food salt 1 pinch
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
Egg chicken 5 pcs
Butter 4 tbsp
Alcohol 2 tbsp

How to cook:

1. Heat the milk (that was warm), add the crushed yeast, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour and 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar. Well it is mixed and put pot in a container of very hot water.

4. I shifted the ball into a large bowl and put the dough to rise, covered with a towel in a warm place. The dough rises quickly and well.

5. Put the dough on the table. Well its peremesit and roll a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut the slices and put them on the board. Give them stand for 10 minutes.

6. wide saucepan or skillet heat the vegetable oil. The fire reduced almost to a minimum. We spread a few funky pieces and fry on one and then the other. Strong fire to do. On low heat, they are well baked through inside. Ready to put on a funky cloth impregnation excess oil.
