Ingredients:
400 ml of any fat yoghurt
200 grams of fruit
100g muesli
Preparation:
1. Fruit cut into cubes, or any other form, but you can never be cut if they are small
2. Put in a nice cup of muesli spoon, top 2 tablespoons of yogurt, then fruit again, muesli, yoghurt and fruit on top. And you’re done!
