Fruit salad with lemon cream.

Ingredients:
Lemon — 1 pc.
Strawberry — 80-100 g.
Grapes — 80-100 g.
kiwi fruit — 80-100 g.
apple — 80-100 g.
Banana — 80-100 g.
sour cream — 400 g
cream — 3 tbsp. spoons
vanilla sugar — 1 package
Mint — 2 sprigs

Preparation:
1. Lemon scald and dry.
2. Grate the zest.
3. From the pulp squeeze of lemon juice.
4. Fruit slices cut.
5. Sour cream with an electric mixer, beat cream until creamy, then flavoring vanilla sugar, lemon juice and grated zest.
6. Arrange on plates with fruit pieces. Place the dish in 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Garnish with mint dessert.
