Fruit crumble

Crumble beautifully produced with vegetable oil, and instead of flour in this recipe – oat bran. Fruits and berries can be arbitrary.

4-5 tablespoons of oat bran
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
any fruit or berries to taste
vanilla, cinnamon optionally
1. bran mixed with sugar, add the vegetable oil, stir.
2. Cut the fruit or berries to put in a baking dish or portions of molds and sprinkle oat crumbs, lightly compacted.
3. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 10-20 minutes or until tender.
