Fruit Cake “Pleasure”

For the sponge:
● Flour – 170 g.
● Sugar – 150 gr.
● Eggs – 4 pcs.
● baking powder – 1 tsp.

For the cream:
● Sour cream – 500 gr.
● Gelatin – 30 oz.
● Sugar – 200 gr.
● Kiwi – 1 pc.
● Banana – 2 pcs.
● Apple – 1 pc.
● Orange – 1 piece.

1.Gotovim dough for sponge cake: Beat eggs with sugar. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Biscuit dough is ready.

Biscuit dough out onto a baking sheet and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ready biscuit to cool and cut into cubes. Kiwi cut into cubes. Orange is well cleaned and cut into cubes. Bananas cut into cubes. Apple peel and seeds and cut into cubes.

2.Gotovim Cream: gelatin, pour 70 ml. of cold water and left for 20 minutes.

Whip the cream with the sugar well. Gelatin is dissolved in a hot water bath to cool and enter it in a thin stream in sour cream.

In the form put the pieces of fruit and a biscuit. Pour the sour cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Ready fruit cake can be decorated with coconut.
