Fritters with sweet salmon.


Milk 1L
Salmon fillet 400g
Wheat flour 400g
Egg 4 pieces
Vegetable oil 100 g
Cilantro 50 g
Butter 50 g
Olive oil 50 g
Jerez 50 ml
Cane sugar 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons sugar
Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Soda 1/2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Preparation time — 20 minutes.

1 Mix the flour and white sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl, add the milk, melted butter, raw eggs and mix until smooth. Bake in the preheated pan heavily pouring ladle fritters.
2 Make the sauce from sugar cane, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, olive oil and finely chopped cilantro, just mix them in any capacity with the help of a fork.
3 Salmon slice, pour the sauce, let soak a few minutes and serve with fritters.
