Fritters pofferches.

Today we have a variation on the theme of Dutch breakfast – wonderful miniature pancakes profferches. Variations recipe a lot, I propose a very simple and proven over the years!

large eggs 2 pcs.
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
baking powder 1/4 hour. l.
vanilla extract 1 hour. L.
1 cup flour
cinnamon 1/2 hour. l.
zest of 1/2 lemon to taste
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
1.5-2 glass of berries
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
vanilla extract 1 hour. L.
1 tablespoon balsamic. l.

Beat eggs lightly in a bowl, add the milk, sugar and butter. Mix well.
Add a bowl of cinnamon, zest and vanilla, stir again.
Enter the sifted flour with baking powder. Mix the dough and set aside to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan, add up the berries, sugar, balsamic and vanilla and send a small ogon.Dovesti berry sauce to a boil and remove from heat, cover pan with a lid.
Preheat the pan larger diameter. Gently shape the pancakes small spoon and fry until golden on each side (over medium heat).
Ready profferches put on a plate, pour the berry sauce and bring to the table, you can with sour cream or cream.
