Fritters of broccoli and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
-broccoli flowers 200g.
-eggs 3 pcs.
-1 cup flour
-1 cup yogurt
-a pinch of salt, garlic and black pepper to taste
-grated Parmesan cheese 100g.
-hydrated soda 1 hour. L.
-olive oil or vegetable to taste

Preparation:
Boil cabbage broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, remove the — dry — knead press for potatoes
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt
Add yogurt, then slaked soda or baking powder, then flour and stir immediately
Add to batter chopped broccoli, grated parmesan, spices and fry in hot skillet.
Serve with sour cream and herbs.
