Frittata

Italian dishes are equally reminiscent of scrambled eggs and casseroles, preparing it with the maximum of 15 minutes. Frittata can cook, experimenting with any vegetables, mushrooms, lettuce and goat cheese. The principle is simple — the ingredients are fried, filled with eggs and baked in the oven.

The ingredients for the frittata with tomatoes and thyme:

— 4 eggs;
— 1 onion;
— 2 large tomatoes;
— 1 tbsp. l. thyme (preferably fresh);
— olive oil;
— Pepper, salt, nutmeg.

Recipe:

In olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion, add the diced tomatoes and chopped thyme, fry for 2-3 minutes.
We mix eggs, salt, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg.
In a baking dish shift the sauteed vegetables, pour the egg mixture and bake at 150 degrees C 5-7 minutes.
