Ingredients:
-500 grams of tofu.
-vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
-small onion, finely chopped 1 pc.

-3 tablespoons soy sauce. l.
-honey 2 tbsp. l.
-sake or sweet wine 1 tbsp. l.
-chopped garlic 1 tbsp. l.
-minced ginger 1 tbsp. l.
-ground hot peppers 0.5 h. liter.
-sesame oil 1 hour. L.

-black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cut the tofu into cubes of 2 cm and place on paper towel for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, wine, ginger, garlic and hot peppers. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom or wok over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil. When the oil is sufficiently heated, carefully lay out the pieces of tofu in the pan. Be careful, you can get burned oil. Fry tofu on all sides about 8-10 minutes, until it becomes golden. Remove the tofu from the pan on a paper napkin.
Slightly lower the heat, and in the same pan in a little vegetable oil fry the onion and green onions for about 1 minute
Add the soy mixture and cook for another 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly Uvarov.
Return the tofu to the pan and stir until everything is covered with tofu sauce.
Pour the sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Now, if desired, you can add ground black pepper.
Serve with boiled white rice.
