Cooking method:  

In a hot frying pan with oil decomposed fish between them lay the eggs of the fish.

Carp fry.

In a bowl beat 2 eggs, add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper.

Pour carp cooked mixture, cover and cook until tender.
