Fricassee of chicken.

Fricassee called white meat cooked in a white sauce. We cook delicious fricassee of chicken in cream sauce. Fricassee get a very gentle and soft. The meat can be marinated in creamy garlic sauce at night.

-chicken (or turkey) 500 pcs.
-onion 1-2 pieces.
-pepper 1-2 pieces.
-3-5 garlic pieces.
-sour cream (can be mixed with yogurt) 250 gr.
-salt to taste
-spices to taste

Meat Wash and cut into strips-
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
Peppers cleaned of seeds and stalks and cut into strips.
Garlic peel and chop.
In a pan fry a few minutes, onions and peppers.
To add chicken minced garlic and sour cream. Stir.
Chicken fillet with sour cream into the pan to shift to the onions and peppers.
Stir and bring to a boil. I add a little more water, but then got a bit too much sauce, so it is possible and without additional water.
Fricassee bring to a boil, cover and simmer until tender. Occasionally stirred. Chicken meat should be soft.
