Fresh salad CHICKEN

• 500 grams of chicken breast fillets, skinless
• 400 g white cabbage
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 1 cup of toast or crackers
• Mayonnaise
• Salt to taste

1. Put the chicken in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender. Remove the chicken from the water and set it aside to cool.
2. Finely shred the cabbage, put it in a bowl and season with salt. After a few minutes, remember cabbage hands to make it softer.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces and add to salad bowl.
4. Add the grated cheese and mix well.
5. Season the mayonnaise and mix again. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately (if you prepare the salad in advance, then do not put it crunches until serving).
