French toast with tomatoes and cheese for breakfast.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
– 3 slices of bread, the best on a baguette
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons milk
– Half the tomato
– 3 tablespoons grated cheese
– Dill
– salt pepper
– vegetable oil

The egg mixed with milk, chopped dill, salt and pepper. The whole mixture well with a fork or whisk.
Bread cut. Put the bread slices in the egg mixture and let it soak well and is put on the stove frying pan with vegetable oil and a good warm up it.
Fry the croutons on both sides, if left on the plate a little of the egg mixture, then carefully pour it on top of the toast.
Then, ready to put on a thin toast a cup of tomato, a little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and place under the grill until cooked, the cheese has melted and formed a nice crust.
