80 g almonds,

Cooking method:   
1. First prepare the pears: peel, remove the core, we cut in half and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Then fall asleep pears with sugar, add water and put on fire. Cook for 15 minutes.

3. Let cool pears in syrup.

4. For the dough: almonds grind as finely as possible, add the flour, sugar, cold butter and chop with a knife or in a food processor until kroshki.Zatem add the egg and quickly knead the dough. It is necessary to avoid melting butter in the dough, otherwise it will be hard after baking.

5. Distribute the dough in the form of (I have a diameter of 26 cm) and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
