French mushrooms with baked cheese.


Butter – 40 g
Onions – 2 pieces
Beef broth – 1/2 cup
Wine (red or white taste) – 50 ml
Grated cheese – 100g
Mushrooms (mushrooms) – 500 gr

Cooking method:      
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Slice the onions and fry large semicircles in butter over moderate heat until the onion is soft.
Then add the wine and broth and simmer until complete evaporation of the liquid.
Cut the stem at the mushrooms and cut out the core as shown in the figure.
Fried mushroom caps until golden brown.
In the middle of a spread a bit of stewed onions and salt to taste.
Rub a slice of cheese on a medium grater (you will need for the filling).
We spread the grated cheese and bake in the oven at 170 degrees temperaure about 8 minutes.
Mushrooms are passed on to a paper towel to ensure that all excess fat stack.
