Flounder fried in a pan.

Ingredients:
-Flounder / Pangasius — 4 pieces (peeled and without bones)
-White wine — 1/2 cup
-Cherry tomatoes — 8 pieces (cut into rings)
-Bulgarian pepper, grilled — 100 g (finely cut into strips)
-Capers — 2 tablespoons
-Green olives — 12 pcs
-Parsley
-Olive oil — 1/4 cup
-Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Salt and pepper the cleaned fish.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and lay down scales. Cook for 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Turn over and fry the other side. Put the sliced ​​olives, tomato and pepper on the fish. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the fish wine. Give time to absorb alcohol. Add the salt.
Sprinkle with parsley. Turn off the heat.
Lightly sprinkle the fish with olive oil before serving.
