The taste resembles the English cake rice pudding, it is incredibly fragrant blend of vanilla and orange just wonderful. Serve the cake should be hot so beautifully contrasts with the cold ice cream or fresh cream.

Butter – 120 g
Flour – 250 g
Powdered sugar – 100 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Vanilla – on – optional – 1 pod
Lemon Zest 0.5
Egg yolk – 2 pcs.
Cold water or milk – 2 tbsp

Rice for risotto – 300 g
Vanilla – 2 pods
Sugar (I advise you to take 4 tablespoons) – 3 tbsp
Butter – 50 g
Zest 3 – oranges
White wine – 1 glass
Fat milk – 1 L
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp. l.


1. To prepare the test grind into flour butter, flour, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolks peel by hand or in a blender. 3. Gradually pour in the milk, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Give the rice to cool, then add the eggs and stir. In a preheated 180 degree oven send the form with the dough for 12 minutes. On the basis of baked pour a mixture of rice, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar. Then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
