Fish with orange Wright.

4 fillets of white fish (sea bass, cod, haddock), each weighing 175-200 g
1 large orange
half medium cucumber
3 radishes
1 small red onion
3 sprigs of mint
1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp. l. natural yoghurt
2.1 h. L. cumin seeds
olive oil
salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cut off from the orange peel with a white layer. Small knife, cut the flesh between the films. Do this over a bowl to save juice. Cut the resulting fillets into small pieces.

Chop the mint leaves into fine strips. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Just slice the radish and cucumber. Add the vegetables, mint and orange in a bowl, add yogurt, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the fish fillets. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with orange juice, a little salt and sprinkle zira. Put in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve with orange Wright.
