Fish sticks with fruit and vegetable kebabs.


Fillet of salmon (pink salmon, salmon) — 600 g

Wheat flour — 5 tbsp

1. Prepare homemade breadcrumbs for breading: dry the pieces of stale bread in the oven and chop them using a blender, grinder or a rolling pin.

2. Cut the fish fillets into sticks of about 10 cm long and 2-3 cm wide.

3. To fish sticks came out juicy and excellent crust, prepare three mixtures: flour salt and pepper, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs with lemon peel.

4. Then, each piece of fish roll in flour and slightly shaking it, dip it in a mixture of eggs, and then — in bread crumbs and send in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the fish fingers for 5 minutes on each side.

5. Prepare the kebabs, ie fruit and vegetable side dish: clean the carrots and peppers, removing his stalk and seeds (quince and clean the zucchini is not necessary).

6. Cut all ingredients into small cubes and strung them on skewers; season with salt, brush with olive oil and send it in the oven for baking in the «Grill». Vegetables should bake, but not to collapse (10-15 minutes).
