Fish steak in foil

The ideal dinner for forty minutes. One of the easiest ways to cook delicious fish.
Cooking 40 Min

Fish fillets — 1 kg
Butter — 4 tbsp. l.
Lemon — 1 pc.
Finely chopped fresh herbs — 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic — 2-3 cloves
Bread — 8 slices
Ketchup or any other sauce for fish
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper


1. Fish fillets cut into slices 2 cm thick, put them in foil, greased.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped herbs, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
3. Next, deploy the fish, put it on a platter and pour the sauce.
4. Serve with toasted slices of white bread. White bread before frying grease with vegetable oil and rub with garlic.
