Fish soup with bulgur

INGREDIENTS
300 grams of salmon
cod 300 g
bulgur 50 g
leeks 100 g
bechamel sauce 100g
fish bones 100 g
2 liters of water
parsley 100 g
carrots 100g
onions 100g
sweet pepper 10-15 g

COOKING PROCESS

1.The first thing to cook fish broth. To do this, pour the fish bones with water, add the carrot, onion and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Ready broth.

2.Cut the leeks.

3.Lower the onions in boiling broth.

4.Add mashed sweet peppers (bell peppers mince, and the resulting mass of evaporated liquid to a thick cream).

5.Pour bulgur.

6.Season to taste with salt and spices.

7.Add bechamel sauce.

8.Mix well.

9.Add the diced salmon.

10.Add diced cod fillets. Cook for about 10 minutes.

11.Ready soup sprinkled with chopped parsley.
