Fish paste

Fish paste.

-500 g white fish
-1/2 cup white wine
-1 tablespoon capers. l.
-olives 12 pcs.
-olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
-parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
-tomatoes 4 pieces.
-salt and pepper to taste
-Spaghetti 500 g
-garlic 2 cloves

This recipe comes from Rome. It is a delicious mix of typical Mediterranean products! The most important thing here – gently stir the sauce to fish pieces remained intact. Cut the tomatoes into cubes middle-sized.
Crush the olives. You can also cut them into 2 halves.
Clear fish from the bones and skin.
Finely chopped parsley.
On medium heat, heat the oil and fry for 2 minutes, finely chopped garlic.
Add the fish, cut into large chunks. Fry it until it is lightly browned, trying to keep the pieces intact.
Season with salt and pepper and add the wine. It can be placed in parallel to cook spaghetti. When the wine is almost evaporated, add the tomatoes.
Simmer it all for 10 minutes and then add the capers.
Then, olives and parsley and mix well again very carefully, so as not to turn the fish into the sauce! Let the juice has evaporated somewhat and you can shoot!
Carefully spread on pasta.
